The grille has a more rounded look, with available illumination for the iconic Mercedes-Benz Star (which now stands proudly on the hood), and the star can now be found in both the headlights and the taillights. Additionally, this Mercedes-Benz model is available in two new color options, including Dark Petrol and MANUFAKTUR® Patagonia Red Metallic.

Power and Performance

You can also expect more power off the line in the 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLS. In the Mercedes-Benz GLS 450, you’ll enjoy an upgraded 413 lb-ft of torque output, thanks to a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine. That’s a generous increase from the 369 lb-ft of torque in previous models. The Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 also produces an upgraded 530 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque, more than the outgoing model’s 510 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque.
